摘要
以酒石酸、十四醇、氨基磺酸为原料,在催化剂作用下通过两步反应,制备了阴离子型双子表面活性剂酒石酸双十四烷酯二磺酸钠。采用红外光谱对其结构进行了表征,并测定了其表面活性和起泡等性能。结果表明,该双子表面活性剂具有较高的表面活性,25℃时的临界表面张力为28.31 mN/m,临界胶束浓度为1.26×10^(-4)moL/L,其润湿性能、发泡性能和泡沫稳定性均显著优于传统表面活性剂。
Using tartaric acid, n - tetradecyl alcohol and amidosulfonic acid as raw materials, a novel anionic gemini surfactant, sodium ditetradecyl tartrate disulfonate, was prepared by two steps in the catalysis of a catalyst. The chemical structure of the product was confirmed by IR spectrum. The characteristics of the surfactant such as surface activity and foaming capacity were analyzed at room temperature. The results showed that the surfactant had good surface activity. Its critical surface tension at 25 ℃ was 28.31mN/m and the CMC was 1.26 × 10^-4 mmoL/L. The wettability, foamability and foam stability of the gemini surfactant were much better than that of ordinary surfactant.
