摘要
用一个50mm长微通道板代替光谱仪通用的电子通道倍增器,若用100um出人缝,测量高离化态氖离子的真空紫外光谱,大约10nm的波长区段,谱线分辨好于0.1nm,计数效率提高了两个量级,波长精度可达0.01nm。
A microchannel plate 50mm long was adapted to a grazing in cidence spectrometer equipped witha grating l200 l/mm and applied to the measurement of beam-Foil spectra of highly ionized meon inthe VUV. A wavelenghth resolution of better than 0' 1nm was achieved using a 1OOμm entrance slitfor spectra that sampled a wavelenghth region spanning approxforately 1Onm. The overall counting efficiency of the spectrometer sgutem operating in a multichannel analysis mode improved by two ordersof magnitude relatbo to that obtained by single channel scan mode analysis. Wavelength accuracies onthe order of O. 01nm were achieved'
