摘要
由于医学的实践性,实用思想是任何医学体系应有的含义。这种务实的思想有其合理的一面,但如果走向了极端,就会变成实用主义。在医学实践中需要注意发挥其积极意义,也要尽量克服消极的影响。蒙医学的实用思想主要表现在:重临床,轻基础;重技术,轻理论;医药一体,药依附于医;重视"预后"等。
Because of the practical property of medicine any medical system has its practical orientation. It is reasonable and necessary, nevertheless it might turn into pragmatism in the extreme. Thus medical practice should avoid negative affects of the practical orientation and adopt positive ones. The practical orientation of Mongolian medicine is chiefly expressed as follows. It values clinical exploration more than fundamental research; technique than theory; emphasizing the union of medicine and pharmacy while claiming pharmacy is affiliated with medicine; and regards the prognosis highly.
