摘要
为了对汽车油盖冲压过程进行工艺力学分析,设计并制造出一套能安装在电子式万能材料试验机上进行力学实验的复合级进模,经使用效果良好,解决了目前用冲压设备不方便测量冲压过程中的负荷曲线,而电子式万能材料试验机又不方便直接对板料冷冲压过程进行实验的问题。
Analyzed the punch forces vs. punch stroke curve of compound-progressive die about a car tank cover during the sheet metal forming, design and make the progressive die may be installed on a computer controlled electronic universal testing machine. As the progressive diets curve was measured succeed, the method may provide a basis for optimize the process of sheet metal forming, and for designing die.
