Harmonious society consensus is a component in promoting the state＇s soft strength and prodding socialistic culture to be in great development and prosperity . The local party＇s journals have to actively provide forceful consensus support for the socialistic harmonious society construction from the respects of propagating the mainstream consensus ,standing to the social situation and people＇s senses ,guiding the social hot points ,leading the publics emotions and fortifying the consensus surveillance and so on .
