通过平行对照实验,考察pH、温度、放置时间对普那霉素发酵液稳定性的影响。确定了保持普那霉素发酵液稳定性的方法。普那霉素发酵液对pH、温度和放置时间均不稳定。
It tested the effect of different pH, temperature and time on the stability of zymotic fluid of pristinamycin by the parallel experiments. Pointed out the meathod of keeping stability on zymotic fluid of pristinamycin. Pristinamycin is unstable to pH , temperature and time .
