摘要
采用磷酸和铁粉配制高浓度的磷酸亚铁溶液用于调整亚铁离子浓度,可解决亚铁离子浓度与总酸、游离酸相互影响的难题,并找到了调整磷化液其他成分(如总酸度、游离酸度)的方法及其变化规律。归纳出了配制磷化液的经验公式,准确、快速、有效地解决了磷化液的配制问题。
Concentrated iron phosphite solution was formulated from phosphoric acid and iron powders,which could help to rationally adjust the concentration of ferrous ions so as to get rid of the interactions and interferences among ferrous ion concentration and total acidity and free acidity in phosphating.The method for adjusting other compositions of the phosphating solution was also established,and an empirical formula was established for the formulation of the phosphating solution.This could contribute to solving the problems in formulation of phosphating solutions accurately,quickly and effectively.
