摘要
山地国土资源有许多现状特点。山地国土资源在开发利用上可分为资源型、农业型、生态型和混合型4类。其开发利用对策在总体上应是以资源开发、生态恢复为重点．以外部介入为前提．以人地协同、实现可持续发展为目标。具体上应根据不同类型采用不同的对策。
Mountainous land resources have many current charactoristics. They are divided into four types to exploitation. resource type. agricultural type. ecological type and mixed type. The exploitation way in total is to take resource development and ecology. recoverment as emphasis. the outside as premise. the joint betwean People and land as well as realizing sustainable development as goal.concretedy different ways are used according to different types.
