摘要
利用有机废弃物生产有机肥料是变废为宝和改善环境的重要途径。作者利用蓝藻泥和废弃烟叶制成有机肥料。蓝藻泥经过脱水处理至含水量在90%左右,废弃烟叶通过粉碎机粉碎至粒度小于2mm,通过机械搅拌,二者与自配菌剂充分混合均匀,在室温下堆腐自然发酵10-20天,干燥至含水量小于20%后装袋封口即为成品。生产工艺快速简便。作者对蓝藻泥与废弃烟叶的混合比例进行了优化,确定比较合适的混合比例为1:1.0。以1:1.0混合比例堆腐发酵,烟叶能够有效增加蓝藻泥疏松度,改善通气性,保持适合发酵的温湿度,补充肥效成分,可能有利于降减蓝藻毒素,制作的成品呈粗粉状固体,褐色,有一定气味,各项技术指标符合《中华人民共和国农业部行业标准》(有机肥料NY 525-2002)。
The way of organic fertilizer made of organic residue is significant to waste utilization and environment improvement. The organic fertilizer is made of blue green algae and tobacco residue. Blue green algae mash is dried to 90% of humidity,and tobacco residue is broken into pieces less than 2mm in diameter. Dried blue green algae mash is mixed mechanically with broken tobacco and compound microbes in proportion and well- distributed,fermented for 10 -20 days in room temperature,then dried to less than 20% of humidity to be packed into bags. The tecknological process is quick and simple. The mix ratio of blue green algae mash and tobacco residue is improved to be 1 : 1.0. To ferment with the improved mix ratio,tobacco residue loosens and aerates the blue green algae mash effectively,keep the appropriate ferment temperature and humidity,compensates the composition of fertilizer, assists to decompose the algae toxin. The fermented product is brown powder with some flavor, and its technological indexes meet the national standand ( Organic Fertilizer NY 525 - 2002).
