摘要
介绍了直馏航空煤油临氢脱硫醇(RHSS)技术及预硫化催化剂RSS-1A(S)在800 kt/a航空煤油加氢精制装置中的应用情况。结果表明,RHSS技术对原料适应性强,流程简单、操作条件缓和;预硫化催化剂RSS-1A(S)具有抗积炭能力强、活性高、稳定性好的特点。预硫化催化剂RSS-1A(S)活化的最佳工艺条件是:氢油体积比大于50 Nm^3/m^3,体积空速为3.0 h^(-1)左右,高分压力约1.5 MPa。
The technology of the mercaptan removed from virgin aviation kerosene and the application of presulfurization catalyst RSS-1A(S) which is applied in 800 kt/a of the kerosene hydrogenation refined plant are introduced in the paper. The results show that the technology has good compatibility to the material, simple process, operation condition in ease; the RSS-1A(S) has advantages in carbon deposition resistance, high activity and stability. The best technological parameters of the RSS-1A(S) are above 50 Nm^3/m^3 of the volume ratio for hydrogen to oil, about 3.0 h^-1 of the volume airspeed, about 1.5 MPa of the high separating pressure.
