摘要
模拟法庭教学是一种行之有效的实践性教学方法,本文在肯定模拟法庭实践教学作用的前提下,阐释了模拟法庭教学的运行过程,并就完善模拟法庭教学提出了相关建议。
Imitated court is a practically effective teaching method. Holding an affirmative view of the practical value of this teaching method, this article is designed to offer an expatiation on the teaching process of imitated court, and present a few suggestions for its improvement.
