摘要
随着铁路企业改革和住房制度改革的深化,推进铁路企业物业管理改革是铁路企业发展的必然要求,也是社会发展的必然趋势。本文以成铁物业为例,分析铁路企业物业管理的现状、难点并探讨可采取的对策。
