摘要
目的探讨软组织肉瘤术后放射治疗疗效。方法对软组织肉瘤８０例，按治疗方式分为两组：一组为保守手术，术后给于放射治疗，靶区剂量为６０００～７５００ｃＧｙ；另一组为扩大切除术，术后不行放疗。对两组疗效进行对比研究。结果保守手术加术后放疗组５年和１０年生存率分别为６７％和４５％；扩大手术组分别为５２％和３５％。经统计学处理无明显差异。结论软组织肉瘤保守手术加放射治疗，既不降低生存率，又保持了肢体器官的功能。
PURPOSE To investigate the effectiveness of postoperative radiotherapy on soft tissue sarcoma.METHODS 80 patients with soft tissue sarcoma were included in this study. The patients were divided into two groups: one was the conservation operation group, i.e.simple excision followed by radiotherapy (dose was 60 Gy75 Gy);the other group received extended excision, but no radiotherapy.RESULTS The 5 and 10 year survival rates were respectively 67% and 45% in the conservative group, but only 52% and 35% respectively in the extended excision group. the difference between the two groups was not statistically significant (P>005)CONCLUSIONS For soft tissue sarcoma, radiotherapy after conservative operation doesn′t reduce survival rates, but also retains limb function.
