摘要
合成完聚氨酯固化剂后,采用MD-S80短程蒸馏设备两级蒸馏聚氨酯固化剂分离TDI,研究了蒸馏温度、蒸馏压力、刮板转速、进料速率等条件对分离TDI的影响,结果显示提高蒸馏温度、刮板转速,降低蒸馏压力、进料速率都有利于分离TDI。针对聚氨酯固化剂物性数据不足的现状推导出半经验的传质模型公式,该公式对分离高粘度、需分离量不大、物性数据缺乏的体系具有较大的应用价值。
A two-stage distillation process conducted in the MD- S80 short-path distillation unit was used to separate the excessive TDI from the polyurethane curing agent. The effects of distillation temperature, operating pressure, rotating speed, feeding rate on separation of TDI were studied. The results showed that increasing distillation temperature and rotating speed and decreasing operat- ing pressure or feeding rate could favor the separation of TDI. A semi-empirical formula for the mass transfer was deduced to adapt to the lacking in physical property data of polyurethane curing a- gent. This formula could be applied to separation of a small amount of substance, some physical property data of which were lacking.
