摘要
地方工科院校是我国高等教育体系中一个相对独立的层面,其人才培养模式的改革研究与实践对我国经济腾飞和中华复兴亦将产生重要推动作用。面对当前知识经济浪潮的来临,提出多样化是当前地方工科院校人才培养模式改革的新思路。
Local engineering universities are relatively independent institutions in the higher education system, and the innovation and practice in personnel training pattern would promote the economy growing and the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation. With the coming of knowledge economy, diversify is a new thought for the reform of the personnel training pattern in local engineering universities.
