摘要
高碳钢的回火通常使用油浴,然而因油浴存在黏度高、易粘附工件表面、极不易清洗等问题,需要研制另一种较清洁的介质取代之.在800℃条件下,对经过油淬火后的80钢分别进行油浴和碱浴的低温回火试验,比较了两者的硬度值及表面组织,发现碱浴也可达到与油浴相同的效果,而且表面更加细致、平整、光亮,易清洗干净,污染少,因此可以适用于高碳钢的回火.在此基础上通过正交试验及数据分析,得出碱浴回火较优配比为:KOH:60%-61%;NaOH:20%~21%;黄血盐:4%~5%;硼酸:3%~4%.通过试验验证,表明该优化配方稳定可行.
The most commonly used tempering medium for high carbon steel is oil in production. But oil is easy to adhere to the surface and difficult to be cleaned. Therefore, there is an urgent need to look for clean medium to replace oil. The 80 steel quenched by oil at the temperature of 800℃ is tempered by oil bath and alkaline bath, respectively. Their hardness and the surface structure are compared and the alkaline bath is found out to meet the requirement, and get a smoother and brighter surface. Besides, it is easy cleanout and less pollution. Therefore, the alkaline bath can be used as a tempering medium for high carbon steel. Furthermore, its optimal composition is derived based on orthogonal experiments and data analysis. The composition is KOH: 60 % - 61%; NaOH: 20 % - 21%; Kn[Fe(CN)6]:4 % ~ 5 %; H3BO3:3 % ~ 4 %.It has been proved to be stable, reasonable and scientific.
