摘要
汽车传动轴在使用时高速旋转,所以其动平衡特性直接影响传动轴质量,虽然配重可以减小其不平衡离心力,但按要求配重片不能超过一定的数量,为减少配重片的数量,通过统一焊接与动平衡的基准来减小前道工序的偏心距误差积累,以达到目的。
Automobile transmission shaft, in the use of high - speed rotation, therefore the dynamic balance character affects the quantity of the transmission shaft direct. Though the matching weight can diminish the unbalance centrifugal force,but according to the request that the match weight slices cannt exceed the certain quantity. In order to cut down the quantity of the matching weight slices, adopting the datum of unifying welding and dynamic balance to diminish the error accumulate of the inclined center distance to attain the purpose.
