摘要
基于河道水流最基本机理是走直、窄深河槽具有很强的泄洪输沙能力的认识,提出了黄河下游游荡性河段"节点整治"方案,从节点整治"制导线"、节点整治工程、节点整治与防洪、节点整治经济合理性、节点整治远景等方面进行了详细阐述。
Based on the understanding of the basic mechanism of channel flow that a straight and deep- narrow channel has a stronger flood discharge and sediment carrying capacity, a river nodes training scheme for the wandering river reaches of the Lower Yellow River is proposed herein; in which a detailed description on node training "control and guide line", node training projects, node training and flood control, economic rationality of node training, node training prospect etc. is made as well.
