摘要
研究了悬浮浇注和Sr变质对A356合金组织性能的影响。结果表明,在A356合金液中加入2%的悬浮剂或加入0.06%Sr(Al-5%Sr中间合金)进行变质,可明显改善合金组织.且力学性能(σb及δ)均能提高20%左右。另外,对重熔冒口回炉料进行悬浮浇注,其组织和性能接近母材。
The effect of floating casting and Sr modificating on the structure properties of A356 alloy is studied.The result shows that adding 2% floating agent or adding 0. 06 % Sr(Al-5 % Sr alloy) into A356 alloy liquid to modificate,the alloy structure can be improved obviously and the mechanical properties (σb,δ) may all be increased by 20%or so. Riser returns through floating casting. its microstructure and properties will be close to mother material.
