摘要
用金相、电子探针、X射线衍射、显微硬度和磨损等试验方法,分析了3Cr2W8V热作模具钢固体碳锰氮复合渗的渗层组织结构及性能,结果表明,该复合渗表面强化工艺可有效地提高模具钢的硬度与耐磨性。生产应用结果表明,可使模具使用寿命提高一倍左右.
It has been investigated the features of structure and properties for steel 3Cr2W8V subjected to a newchemically heat-treated process-powder mangano-carburizing combined with powder nitriding, serves at hot-workforging. By examination of metallography, electron plobe, X-ray diffraction ,microhardness and wear testing, the results show that the surface subjected to the new chemically heat-treated strengthening process for the steel 3Cr2W8Veffectively increases surface hardness and wear resistance and the serving life of hot-work forging die could be aboutone time as long as before.
