摘要
改进的硫酸盐蒸煮浆比常规硫酸盐浆有较好的漂白性,在相同的漂白工艺条件下,改进的硫酸盐蒸煮浆比常规硫酸盐浆所用的化学药品少而成浆白度高。用改良硫酸盐法制得的浆比常规硫酸盐法制得的浆易漂;用氧碱次氯酸钠漂白,蓝桉比例大的成浆白度高,比例少的白度较差,且氧碱次氯酸钠漂白比常规次氯酸钠漂白成浆白度可提高2~3倍;过氧化物H2O2的漂白过程聚合度下降较少,很适合强煮弱漂的制浆工艺,成浆白度与次氯酸钠相差不大,但可减少污染。用蓝桉60%的混合材制的浆粕,进行纺丝验证试验,纺丝的各种性能好,能纺出质量较好的粘胶纤维。
It is found that the bleaching quality by the modified cooked sulfate pump is better, and the modified consumes less chemical products than the normal in the same situation. This means that the pulp made out of modified cooking craft is easy to bleach. If bleached with oxygen - alkali with Sodium hypochlorite, those with larger proportion of Eucalyplus glohulus lahill are better for bleaching, and those with smaller proportion are not so good at bleaching. And using oxygen - alkali with Sodium hypochlorite, the bleaching degree is 2-3 times higher than that of the pulp using conventional sodium hypochlorite. The degree of converging of hydrogen peroxide decreases little, and is suitable for strong cooking and weak bleaching in pulping. There is little difference in whiteness, hut it is good for preventing pollution. The filature experiment was carried out in the end. And 60% of Eucalyplus glohulus lahill in the pulp of rayon pulp was applied in the filature so as to test it. The qualities of filature were good enough to make mucilage glue of high quality.
