哈萨克斯坦动物鼠疫流行病学参数
Epidemiologic parameter on animal playue at Kazakstan
摘要
对于鼠疫自然疫源地耶尔森氏菌引起鼠疫疫情的评估缺乏重要的流行病学参数。对哈萨克斯坦鼠疫保存宿主一大沙鼠的2个群落进行了为期3年的鼠疫动态研究。血清学结果显示在盛夏，鼠疫感染宿主数量出现高峰，从宿主感染到人可能性也随之加大。抗体滴度水平降低到检不出则与季节无关。此次研究的结果不支持对鼠疫感染宿主使用NBT（四唑氮蓝）实验。鼠疫菌感染降低了隐性感染宿主的生存率。
