选择鄱阳湖流域建设生态经济区试验区,是因为该区各项资源较为富饶,生态环境保护良好.论述了鄱阳湖生态经济区的战略地位、内涵特质以及构建的体制机制与政策.
Poyang Lake ecological economy experimental zone is built for its rich natural resources and well conserved ecological environment. The strategic status, interior characteristics and the construction regime, mechanism and corresponding policies in Poyang Lake ecological economy experimental zone were illustrated.
