摘要 结合数字合成脉冲的技术特点及信号特征,提出利用恒流源差分放大电路具有非线性工作区的特点实现高频脉冲信号调理的方法。调理电路通过精密控制恒流源调整脉冲信号的输出幅度,脉冲信号的电平控制则是通过恒压源控制实现的。文章给出了脉冲信号特征分析,差分放大电路的非线性工作原理,非线性调理电路的具体设计实现与测试结果。 Differential amplifier with constant-current source has a nonlinear work region. Considering the characteristics of digital-synthesis technology and pulse signal, this paper proposes a method to implement the adjustment of high-speed pulse using differential amplifier, The output amplitude of the pulse signal can be controlled critically through adjusting the constant-current source; and the pulse signal level control can be realized by adjus- ting the constant-voltage source. The characteristics of pulse signal and the principle of the nonlinear adjustment techniques of differential amplifier are analyzed and expatiated in the paper. Furthermore, the detailed design of nonlinear adjustment circuit and the test results are also given.
