对以校为本的教师专业发展促进方式的思考

摘要 影响教师专业发展的因素是多方面的,对教师专业发展促进方式的思考也应该是多层次、多侧面的。文章基于对学校发展的思考,立足于以校为本的教师专业发展理念,指出促进教师专业发展的有效方式有四个方面的因素,即专家引领、同行互助、自我反思和行动研究。
