摘要
以哈尔滨师范大学图书馆读者满意度调查问卷为例,介绍调查问卷的设计与实施,并详细论述运用SPSS11.5统计软件对问卷的科学性进行统计检验的操作过程。通过对调查问卷反复进行信度和效度检验和问卷调整,得到高效度的调查问卷,为科学设计调查问卷提供参考。
Harbin Normal University library satisfaction questionnaire as an example, the questionnaire design and implementation, and detailed use of the questionnaire SPSS 11.5 statistical software for the scientific nature of the statistical test operations. Providing information for the scientific design of the questionnaire, through questionnaire repeatedly reliability and validity of the tests and questionnaires adjustment efficiently in the questionnaire.
