摘要
通过对网络计量学的产生、发展现状和存在问题的阐述,分析了网络计量学在网络资源管理中的应用,提出网络计量学作为文献计量学对网络环境下网络信息资源的组织与管理起到了积极的作用。
Through the expounding of the generation, development status and existing problems in webmetrics, the paper has analyzed the application of webmetrics in Intemet resource management, and put forward the active role of webmetrics, as a bibliometrics, in Intemet information organization and management under network environment.
