摘要
文章基于数字图书馆的背景,对数字图书馆的人才队伍进行了定位分析,并提出从树立科学的人才观、加强馆员的业务培训、完善人才的评价与激励机制、加强人才队伍的管理这四个角度(策略)建设数字图书馆的人才队伍。
Based on the background of digital library, this paper carries on a location analysis on digital library' s talents and proposes to construct digital library talents from four angles such as establishing a scientific talents notion, strengthening librarians' vocational training, improving talents appraisal and incentive mechanism and strengthening the talents management.
