摘要
目的:研究木樨科栲属秦岭白蜡树Fraxinus paxiana的化学成分。方法:应用色谱技术进行分离和纯化,通过波谱方法鉴定其化学结构。结果:从陕西秦皮的甲醇提取物中分离得到15个化合物,分别鉴定为秦皮甲素(esculin,1),秦皮乙素(esculetin,2),栲皮苷(fraxin,3),秽皮素(fraxetin,4),毛柳苷(salidroside,5),osmanthusideH(6),松脂醇-4,4’-二-O-β-D-葡萄糖苷(1iriodendrin,7),3-(4-β-D-葡萄糖基-3-甲氧基)-苯-2-反式-丙烯酸[3-(4-β-D—glucopyranosyloxy-3-methoxy)-phenyl-2E-propenol,8],threo-syringylglycerol(9),euscaphicacid(10),3-羟基-1-(4-羟基-3,5-二甲氧基苯)-1-丙酮(3-hydroxy-1-(4-hydroxy-3,5-dimethoxyphenyl)·1-propanone,11),3-羟基-1-(4-羟基-3-甲氧基苯)-1-丙酮(w-hydroxypropioguaiacone,12),芥子醛(sinapyladehyde,13),白桦酯酸(betulinicacid,14)和甘露醇(marmitol,15)。结论:化合物8~12为首次从该属植物发现,其他化合物均为首次从该植物中分离得到。
Objective: To investigate the chemical constituents of Fraxinus paxiana. Method: The chemical constituents were isolated and purified by chromatographic techniques and the structures of the compounds were identified with or by spectroscopic methods. Result: Fifteen compounds were obtained from the methanol extract of F. paxiana and their structures were elucidated as esculin (1), eseuletin (2), fraxin (3), fraxetin (4), salidroside (5), osmanthuside H (6), liriodendrin (7), 3-(4-]3-D-glueopyranosy- loxy-3-methoxy) -phenyl-2E-propenol ( 8 ), threo-syringylglycerol ( 9), euscaphic acid ( 10 ), 3-hydroxy-1 - (4-hydroxy-3,5-dimethoxy- phenyl)-l-propanone (11), to-hydroxypropioguaiacone (12), sinapyladehyde (13), betulinic acid (14) and mannitol (15). Conclusion: All compounds were obtained from this plant for the first time.
