摘要
目的:了解山东省已婚育龄妇女避孕方法知情选择现状及其影响因素。方法:对4828名20～49岁的已婚育龄妇女进行问卷调查,采用卡方检验进行单因素分析,采用非条件Logistic回归进行多因素分析。结果:①调查对象中,能够对避孕方法进行知情选择的人占72.9%,不能者占27.1%;②影响避孕方法知情选择的因素为村别、收入、文化程度、避孕知识得分、是否集中面授过、是否听说过避孕方法知情选择、是否知道"选择"的含义、服务机构技术人员向调查对象介绍避孕方法的种数等。结论:应加强宣传教育,提高技术服务人员的业务水平。
Objective： To understand the informed choice of contraceptive developing condition and related influencing factor among married reproductive - aged women in shandong province. Methods： A total of 4 828 married reproductive women aged between 20 and 49 were recruited and investigated with the structural questionnaire. Data were processed with methods of chi - square test and non - conditional Logistic regression analysis. Results： ①Those women who could chose contraceptive by herself accounted for 72. 9%, who could not chose contraceptive by herself accounted for 27. 1% ; ②The influencing factors of informed choice of contraceptive included category of village, income, educational level, contraceptive knowledge scores, whether or not participated in contraceptive, knowledge practice, whether or not known informed choice of contraceptive, whether or not known the imply of informed choice, the kind of contraceptive introduced by doctor in family planning technical service centre Conclusion： More attention should be paid to strengthen propaganda of the policy of contraceptive informed choice and contraceptive knowledge, improve doctor＇s professional skill.
