摘要
混沌现象的主要特征之一是初始条件稍有不同,随着时间的变化其行为差异极大,其结果是杂乱无章变化。炉温系统因其复杂性存在混沌现象,因此是难于控制的对象,但混沌并不等同于无序;整体稳定,局部不稳定;混沌和有序并存。本文用智能控制技术克服了用传统PID难于控制的炉温混沌现象,系统仿真与实际运行效果表明,智能控制是克服混沌现象的一种有效方法。
One of principal properties of chaos phenomena is a bit of difference from initial condition, its behavior will be very different varying with time, and the result leads to not any order . Because of complexity in furnace temperature varying, there exists chaos phenomena. But it is not equal to no order. Chaos phenomena is that the whole is ordered, but the local is in the state of no order. In the paper by means of intelligent control technique it overcomes difficulty of furnace temperature chaos phenomena in which the traditional PID is difficult to control . The system simulation and physical running effect shows that the intelligent control is effective method to overcome chaos phenomena of temperature control system in heating furnace.
