摘要
N-烷基-1,3-丙撑二胺商品名为Daomeen,是制备多功能表面活性剂甜菜碱、二季铵盐等优良柔软剂的重要中间体,还可用作矿物浮选剂、汽油添加剂、油田缓蚀剂、沥青乳化剂、抗静电剂及煤炭贮运处理剂等其他助剂。广泛应用于洗涤化妆品、纺织、石油、采矿、道桥和煤炭等行业中。国内有少量关于N-十二烷基-1,3-丙撑二胺生产及制备工艺报道,但国内市场上产品质量较差,蒸馏提纯前含量不到90%,存在大量副产物,产品收率低,成本高。针对这一问题,我们尝试采用自制复合碱为抑制剂的加氢工艺代替原来的氢氧化钠(钾)溶液为抑制剂的加氢工艺,同时解决了丙腈制备时间长的问题。
N-Lauryl-1,3-diaminopropane was synthesized by catalytic hydrogenation of dodecylaminopropionitrile obtained by reaction using lauryl amine and acrylonitrile as raw materials.Both the effects of reaction time and the selection of hydrogenation inhibitor for dodecylaminopropionitrile on the quality and the yield of product were discussed in this article.The optimal reaction conditions were as follows:the reaction was carried out between the temperature range of 70~75℃for 3~4h, using deionized-water as catalyst in the presence of Raney Ni as hydrogenation catalyst,self-made mixed alkali as inhibitor.As a result, the content of N-lauryl-1,3-diaminopropane could be up to 93%.
