摘要
交通管理"四化",即标准化、规范化、集约化和人本化,是山东省交通厅于2008年春推出的加强行业管理、提高服务水平的新举措。山东港航局抓住这一契机,加大实施力度,做到领导重视、组织到位,目标明确、突出重点,多措并举、合力推进,有力地促进了港航管理水平的提升,收获了良好的管理效益和社会效益。港航系统实施四化管理的做法和经验,对于各行各业加强行业管理、提升管理效益和服务水平等,具有重要的参考借鉴意义。
The four " - ations" of rraffic management, that is, standardization, stipulation, intensification, and people - centralization, is a new initiatives launched by Shandong Provincial Communications Department in the spring of 2008 to strengthen industry management and improve service levels. Shandong Port and Ship Administration Bureau seized this opportunity to intensify the efforts of implements , with the emphasis of leadership, organization in place, target focused, to jointly promote and effectively boosted the management level and achieved a good harvest of management and social benefits.
