摘要
目的:探究肌电反馈放松训练对大学生失眠症的治疗作用。方法:采用肌电反馈放松训练对36例失眠症患者进行治疗,在治疗前后让失眠症患者填写抑郁自评量表、焦虑自评量表,并记录治疗前后被试的睡眠多导图和肌电值。结果:与治疗前相比,治疗后被试的睡眠潜伏期缩短(32.9±22.6/85.7±52.8,P=0.015),觉醒次数减少(1.8±0.8/3.5±1.5,P=0.031),快速眼动睡眠期时间延长(78.7±22.9/42.5±24.5,P=0.033),3期、4期睡眠时间延长(56.0±39.4/31.9±26.2,P=0.024),睡眠效率提高(78.1±11.2/64.3±21.3,P=0.027);焦虑自评量表得分和抑郁自评量表得分均降低(30.9±5.3/35.7±5.8、40.9±8.6/43.7±6.2,P=0.027、0.016);肌电值降低(2.6±0.9/0.8±0.2,P=0.017)。结论:肌电反馈放松训练具有放松肌肉、缓解紧张、改善睡眠的作用。
Objective: To investigate the effects of electromyography (EMG) feedback and relaxation training on insomnia in college students. Methods: EMG feedback and relaxation training were used to treat 36 insomniacs, who completed the Self-Rating Anxiety Scale, Self-Rating Depression Scale, Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index before and after the treatment. The myoelectricity, and polysomnography were also recorded before and after the treatment. Results: After EMG feedback and relaxation training , the insomnics had an improvement in sleep quality, expressed as shortened sleep latent period ( 32.9 ± 22. 6/85.7 ± 52.8, t = - 2.60, P = 0. 015 ) and awakening ( 1.8 ± 0.8/3.5 ± 1.5, t = - 2. 78, P = 0. 031 ) , and prolonged REM ( 78.7 ± 22. 9/42.5 ± 24. 5, t = 3.10, P = 0. 033 ) , stage-3 sleep and stage-4 sleep ( 56. 0 ± 39. 4/31.9 ± 26. 2, t = 2. 65, P = 0. 024 ) . The anxiety and depression symptoms showed obvious improvement ( 30. 9 ± 5.3/35.7 ± 5. 8, 40. 9 ± 8.6/43. 7 ± 6. 2 ; t = - 3.00, - 2. 97 ; P = 0. 027, 0. 016 ) . Myoelectricity was also significantly decreased ( 2. 6 ± 0. 9/0. 8 ± 0. 2, t = 3.75, P = 0. 017) . Conclusion: The electromyography feedback relaxation training can relax muscles and mind, and improve sleep quality.
