摘要
目的考察微生物限度检查法中克霉唑乳膏的抑菌作用,并建立克霉唑乳膏的微生物限度检查方法。方法使用常规法、稀释法、薄膜过滤法对样品进行验证,采用人工加入5种阳性对照菌,观察药物对不同阳性菌的抑制作用并观察其回收率来确定适宜的检验方法。结果克霉唑乳膏对细菌有不同抑制作用,对霉菌及酵母菌抑菌作用强,必须采用离心集菌薄膜过滤法才能彻底消除其抑菌作用。结论该法可用于克霉唑乳膏的微生物限度检查。
Objective To Investigate antimicrobial effect of Clotrimazole Cream and to establish a microbiological test method for Clotrimazole Cream. Method Three testing methods showed different percentage recoveries. The antimicrobial effect of Clotrimazole Cream was determined by recovery rate with 5 control trains and according to the recovery rate, microbial limit test was established for Clotrimazole Cream. Result The recovery rates of Clotrimazole Cream showed high antimicrobial effects. Conclusion The method can be used for microbial Limit test for Clotrimazole Cream.
