摘要
对无花果曲霉AspergillusficuumCN-92在几种常用农副产品基质的培养基上产植酸酶特性的研究表明,适宜于该菌株产植酸酶的优良培养基组成为:麸皮、豆饼粉、硫酸铵及少量无机磷。一些单糖、双糖(如葡萄糖、乳糖等)和无机氮(如NH4Cl、NH4NO3等)不同程度地抑制植酸酶的合成。一些微量元素如Mn、Zn、Cu、Mg等对产酶无促进作用。半固态基质的适宜含水率为50%,适宜pH为6.0。在上述条件下,于30℃培养72~76h,达到产植酸酶高峰。
Phytase production by Aspergillus ficuum CN-92 was studied using solid-state cultivation on the side-products of the cereal grains and soybean processings. The results indicated that the optimum solid-state medium was consisted of wheat bran, soybean cake meal, ammonium sulfate and a little amount of inorganic phosphates. The phytase synthesis was inhibited to some extent by some monosaccharides and disaccharides (such as glucose and lactose, etc.) and inorganic nitrogens (such as NH3Cl and NH4NO3, etc.). Some trace elements such as Mn, Cu, Zn and Mg could not promite the phytase production. The amount of optimum water requirement for the enzyme production on those substrates was about 50%, and the optimum pH was 6.0. The highest enzyme activity was obtained on those fermentation conditions for 72~76 h at 30℃.
