肾细胞癌肾切除术后胰腺转移一例
摘要
患者男，78岁。胰腺占位2年，伴全身黄染、皮肤瘙痒1个月入院。1999年因右肾细胞癌行右肾切除术，淋巴结及周围组织无转移，术后定期复查未见异常，2004年B超示胰腺、胰管扩张，MRI检查未见异常。2005年12月CT示胰管扩张，胰头、胰尾部局限性增粗，动脉期可见胰腺实质内多发大小不等的高强化占位性病变影。MRI及磁共振胰胆管成像（MRCP）示胰尾部有结节影．约2．0cm，呈略不均匀中高信号，边界清，胰管体尾扩张，胰头可见混杂信号，肝内外胆管无扩张。
