摘要
目的探讨高成瘤率兔Vx2移植瘤后肢肌肉传代与肝脏传代在兔存活时间及成瘤质量等方面的不同。方法采用瘤块移植法建立兔Vx2后肢肌肉模型及肝癌模型,采用磁共振技术检测肿瘤生长情况,定期在兔后肢肌肉和肝脏的移植部位作瘤组织活检,了解肿瘤生长情况,记录并比较实验兔的生长情况和存活时间。结果采用瘤块移植方法成功建立了稳定的兔Vx2后肢肌肉及肝脏肿瘤模型,后肢移植成瘤情况为20/25,肝移植成瘤情况为22/25,两组的成瘤率无显著性差别(P>0.05)。在移植后的第7天和第14天的肿瘤体积肝脏组显著大于后肢组(P<0.01)。接种后第10天和第20天肿瘤TGR在后肢组与肝脏组分别为64.9%和94.6%,70.1%和96.7%,肝脏组显著为优(P<0.01)。荷移植瘤兔存活时间达到30 d的只数在后肢组与肝脏组分别为3/20和20/22(P<0.05)。结论肝脏移植瘤体积大,实质细胞丰富,肿瘤坏死情况少,生存期长,是比较理想的传代模型。
Objective To study the difference of rabbits＇ survival time and transplanted tumor quality between two transplanted groups： One group was the rabbit Vx2 transplantation tumor transplanted into rabbits＇ muscle of posterior limb for going down to the future generation, the other was into rabbits＇ liver while the rabbit Vx2 transplantation tumor＇ s growth rate was high. Methods Rabbit Vx2 tumors were transplanted to set up the muscle of posterior limb tumor model and liver cancer model. The growth of tumor was detected by magnetic resonance. The tumor tissues which grew in rabbits＇ muscle of posterior limb or in livers were detected by biopsy regularly in order to get the message of tumor growth. Record and compare experiment rabbits＇ tumorous growth and the rabbits＇ survival time. Results Employing tumor chunks transplantation to set up rabbit Vx2 muscle of posterior limb tumor model and liver cancer model was carried out successfully. In tumors transplanted into 25 rabbits＇ muscle of posterior limb, about 20 rabbits survived and in other 25 rabbits transplanted into liver, about 22 rabbits survived. The successful transplantation rate between two groups had no difference（ P 〉0.05 ）. The transplanted tumors＇ volume on the 10^th and 20^th day in liver group were significantly larger than those in posterior limb group（ P 〈 0.01 ）. The tumor growth rate （TGR） in muscle of posterior limb tumor group and liver cancer group were 64.9% and 94.6% on the 10^th day respectively, and were 70. 1% and 96.7% respectively on 20^th day after transplantation. TGR in liver group surpassed limb group obviously（P 〈 0.01 ）. ,About 3/25 rabbits with tumor in the muscle of posterior limb group and 20/25 in liver group（P 〈 0.05 ） could survive for 30 days. Conclusion Contrast to the muscle of posterior limb tumor group,liver cancer group＇ s tumor volume is larger, and its＇ growing period is longer, and tumor parenchymal cells are richer,and cellular necrosis degree is smaller.
