摘要
提高抗折强度与耐久性是当前路面混凝土发展的趋势。在分析钢纤维对混凝土增强机理的基础上,通过试验研究了掺钢纤维混凝土的路用性能。结果表明,与普通混凝土相比,钢纤维混凝土具有优良的路用性能,如抗折强度提高15%~35%、冲击强度提高3~5倍、抗裂性能提高3倍、耐磨性提高42%。并结合钢纤维混凝土特性,提出了钢纤维混凝土的施工工艺及质量控制方法,对钢纤维混凝土施工具有很强的指导作用。
The problem of the flexural strength and durability of pavement concrete has aroused scientific workers' concerning domestically and abroad day by day.Based on the mechanism of steel fiber act on concrete, the pavement performance and construction techniques of Steel Fiber Reinforced Concrete ( SFRC ) were studied by laboratory test. The flexural strength,impact strength and anti-cracking characteristics of SFRC were tested and compared with the ordinary concrete's.The test results show that the SFRC can significantly improve the pavement performance, such as the flexural strength raising 15%-35% ,the impact strength increasing 300%-500% and so on.Finally,based on characteristics of SFRC,the construction techniques and construction quality control of SFRC is proposed, which can guide the construction techniques of SFRC.
