摘要
由于预应力混凝土结构不产生裂缝或裂缝宽度很小,一直认为其耐久性要大大高于普通混凝土结构。但大量的工程实践表明,预应力混凝土结构也存在耐久性问题,有时甚至比普通混凝土结构更严重。从预应力混凝土结构裂缝产生原因入手,运用电化学的基本原理深入分析裂缝对预应力钢筋锈蚀速度的影响,并探讨了预应力混凝土结构中应力腐蚀断裂对结构的危害,阐明了同样钢筋锈蚀量下预应力混凝土结构比普通混凝土有更大耐久性隐患,提出了一些提高预应力混凝土结构耐久性的措施。
In many years,it is a common sense that the PRC structure is more durable than that of RC one because of its non-crack or nice crack. Many engineering practices indicate that the durable problems occur in PRC structure,and sometimes even more severity.From the reason that causes PRC structure crack, the influence of crack on rebar corrosion rate was analyzed by fundamental of electrochemistry.The harm of stress-corrosion rupture was also discussed in PRC structure.It was illustrated that the durable hidden trouble of PRC structure was more than that of RC one at the same rebar corrosion mete.Some measures was put forwards on enhancing PRC structure durability.
