摘要
文章重点讨论了风力的方向和列车速度对倾覆力矩的影响。建议:在强侧向风力袭击下运行的列车,应当减速运行或停车以保障旅客和列车的安全;对于在强风区运行的现有列车要进行空气动力学侧向作用力系数CF和倾覆力矩系数CM的测定,以便确定能保证列车安全运行的最大允许风速。
The wind direction and the effect of train speed on the overturning torque are discussed in this paper.It is suggested that the operating train under the attack of strong cross wind shall operate in a lower speed or stop to ensure the safety of passengers and the train;For the present trains operating in strong wind area,the lateral force coefficient CF and the overturning torque coefficient CM of air dynamics shall be measured,so as to determine the maximum permissible air speed to ensure the safe operation of trains.
