摘要
目的了解目前病案的利用情况,分析其原因,探讨病案开发利用的方法、途径及方向;方法查阅2001年至2006年《病案借阅登记》、《病案查阅复印登记》、《住院病人流动报表》,分别统计各种目的查阅病案数量,并以总出院病案数为基数,算出各种目的病案利用率;结果病案目前的应用主要局限在农村合作医疗保险、职工医疗保险及公检法,其次是医疗、科研、教学,病案的利用也只限于浅层次的应用,病案的卫生信息作用并没有很好得到应用与体现;结论病案的利用尚停留在浅层次的利用,作为重要的卫生医疗资源,必须改变原有的档案管理模式向卫生信息管理模式转化,提高病案的质量内涵,加强资源的宣传及共享,使病案信息得到充分的开发利用。
objective To explore the utilization of the medical record and analyze the reasons, so that we can develop the new way to utilize the medical record. Method We recounted The Registration of the Medical Records for being Borrowed, The Registration of the Photocopying of the Medical Records, The Report Forms of the Flow of the Inpatients from 2001 to 2006, to make the statistics on the account of the medical records that were consulted for different purposes respectively, and we calculated the utilization rate of the medical record based on the total of the medical records. Result Current use of medical record was limited to countryside cooperative medical care insurance, medical insurance of the employee, and law issues. The other uses were in medical treatment, scientific research and teaching. The use of the medical record was superficial and was not sufficient. Conclusion The utilization of the medical record is still in the superficial level. We must transform the original archive management to public health management mode. Optimization, promotion and sharing of the resources of the medical record should be strengthened.
