摘要
综述了目前锻造成形工艺数值模拟的发展现状,对三维锻造过程数值模拟技术的软件系统实现提高了可靠的处理方法,并建立了通用三维刚塑性/刚粘塑性有限元数值模拟系统。对圆饼类锻件的镦粗预成形工艺进行了过程模拟,首次模拟了连杆滚挤预成形工艺,分析了摩擦条件对成形过程的影响,对于模拟整个多工位锻造过程,实现合理的预成形工艺和模具设计具有重要意义。
This paper first reviews the state of the art in the preforging numerical simulation by FEM,and proposes many effective methods to implement this technology in the computer,furthermore,sets up the general 3D rigid-plastic/rigid-viscoplastic FEM simulation software.Second this paper simulates the preforging process-upsetting of circle-handle forging part,and traces the rollextruding preforging process of the linking-rod part ,which considers the effect of friction upon the forming process.Finally that the conclusion is drawn that the FEM simulation plays an important role in simulating the whole multi-stage forging processes and fulfils the reasonable technology and die designing.
