摘要
研究了经历不同累积服役时间后GH36涡轮盘材料在3.5%NaCl水溶液中的应力腐蚀裂纹扩展特性。实验结果表明:材料的平台区裂纹扩展速率(dadt)Ⅱ几乎与服役时间长短无关,KISCC随服役时间增加而提高。
Stress corrosion cracking(SCC) in a kind of turbine disks serviced with different accumulated running times t s is investigated in 3.5% NaCl solution. The test results show that the SCC plateau rates, (da/dt)[WTBZ] Ⅱ, are independent of t s but the SCC thresholds, K ISCC , increase with t s.
