针对施工技术的重要性,介绍了技术管理工作的主要任务,分析了工程施工项目技术管理的意义,从多个方面深入探讨了加强建筑工程施工项目管理的技术措施,指出只有将技术管理纳入建筑企业的管理中,才能不断提高施工技能和技术管理水平。
