分工、结构变迁与特许经营:超边际一般均衡模型 被引量:3

摘要 本文以分工经济与交易费用作为权衡机制,构造一个简洁的内生分工网络的超边际一般均衡模型,探索特许经营,尤其是商业模式的特许经营模式在经济中存在的理由。我们揭示出三大类市场结构--自给自足、部分分工(包括要素交易模式、直营模式和准特许模式)和完全分工(即,特许经营模式)--存在的条件。我们证明,特许经营模式是交易效率充分改进所导致的分工演进的产物;这种经营模式是经济发展的一个标志。
