摘要
现代远程开放教育是建立在以学生自主学习为中心的理论基础之上的。由于师生的准分离和学生分散的个别化自主学习的特殊性,远程教育机构为学生提供支持服务,并将这种支持服务逐渐形成职业化的行为就成为关系到远程教育成败与否的关键环节。在中国国情下,可简要归纳成四大方面,两种类型和十一项职能,而支持服务的职业化理念的确立则需要六种职业化的素质作支撑。
Modem Distance Education is built on the basis of theory self- directed study. As the uniqueness of definite separation from students and teachers and the scattered individual independent study of students, distance educainstitutions provide support services for students and form them gradually into professionalism, which becomes the key to success related to distance education. They can be briefly summarized into four major aspects, two types and eleven functions in China. Six professional qualities are needed to establish the professional ideas of support services.
