摘要
目的:探讨中药补肾活血汤治疗糖尿病阳痿的临床疗效。方法:将患者随机分为两组,治疗组采用我科自拟中药方治疗。治疗后治疗组与对照组比较,观察患者的临床症状、血流变学、血脂、血糖的变化,1个月为1个疗程,共3个疗程。结果:治疗组总有效率为95%,对照组为56%,检测指标经统计分析治疗组疗效优于对照组(P<0.01或P<0.05)。结论:补肾活血汤为一种较为理想的治疗糖尿病阳痿汤剂。
Objective：To research the clinical effect of Bushenhuoxue decoction to treat the diabetes sexual impotence. Methods： 39 patients were randomly divided into two groups,Adopt prescription of my section to treat the diabetes sexual impotence, to observed patient＇s clinical symptom, as well as the blood rheology, the blood fats, the blood sugar change after three treatment courses. Results：Total effectiveness of treatment group accounts for 95%, the comparison group accounts for 56%, observed items of the treatment groups were higher than that of the comparison groups（P〈0.01 or P〈0.05）. Conclusion：It＇s a better prescription to treat the diabetes sexual impotence.
