摘要
采用文献计量的方法对1987～2007年在我国申请的菊花发明专利进行统计,分析发明专利的数量、内容、授权量、年限分布和申请人地域分布,从而反映我国在这20年中对菊花开发利用情况及知识产权保护状况。
This artical used the statistical method to calulate the literatures of the applications for the Chrysanthemum invention patents ranging from 1987 to 2007. The patents＂ number, content, authorized volume, age and applicant geographical distribution were analysed to reflect the situation of the exploring patents on Chrysanthemum in the twenty years in China.
