摘要
高校知识产权工作具有重要,高校知识产权面临着危机性,要通过提高高校师生的知识产权保护意识、建立健全高校知识产权管理的各项规章制度,激发和保护高校科技人员发明创造的积极性及其他方法改进和完善高校知识产权的管理工作。
Intellectual property rights administration is important in colleges and universities and it is faced with crises. The enthusiasm on invention creativeness should be stimulated and protected and intellectual property rights administration in colleges and universities should be improved through improving teachers and students＇s protection consciousness of intellectual property rights and establishing and consummating rules and systems of intellectual property rights administration in colleges and universities.
